GML Ludwigshafen has released its 2025 emission figures. The data provides a detailed account of the Waste-to-Energy facility’s performance under the 17th BImSchV.

The 2025 emission data for the MHKW Ludwigshafen facility has been released by GML Ludwigshafen. The figures indicate that the facility’s emissions were below the limit values stipulated by the 17th German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV).

Combustion Conditions

The combustion conditions were maintained on average. For boilers II and III, a temperature above 850°C was held for more than 1.5 seconds with at least 5% O₂ by volume. For boilers IV and V, the temperature was maintained above 850°C for over 2.0 seconds with at least 5% O₂ by volume.
