Andreas Niedermaier will leave Entega’s board at his own request on 30 June 2026, the supplier’s supervisory board has announced. Mr Niedermaier is currently responsible for Human Resources and Infrastructure.
A Long-Standing Career
Mr Niedermaier has been with the company since 1980. Between 2000 and 2010, he held several leading positions in co-determination bodies within the group. Ultimately, he served as chairman of the group works council of the former HSE, now Entega. He has been a member of the Entega board since 1 October 2010.

Additionally, his ability to unite the interests of the company and the workforce, particularly in challenging phases, contributed significantly to Entega’s reputation.
