EPC tender 'RING30 – Errichtung eines Ersatzbrennstoff-Heizkraftwerkes (EBS-HKW)' published on TED on 25 Jun 2026 (ted-440605-2026, negotiated procedure, deadline 17 Jul 2026). Permit hoped for by end of 2026, approx. three years of construction; commissioning planned 2029 (permit notice) / 2030 (operator website, tender). Investment over EUR 200 million, no public funding planned. CO2 capture is considered in the design (no on-site storage). |
